YarraBend was conceived as a future-focused neighbourhood, set within a 14-hectare masterplan in Alphington. The development brings together six distinct precincts, blending heritage residences, townhouses, apartments, and riverfront homes, alongside vibrant retail and hospitality offerings. The vision was to create a diverse, connected, and self-sustaining community.
Our Approach
PRS worked closely with both the builder and developer from the outset, ensuring our surveyors were equipped with a comprehensive understanding of site specifications and evolving project requirements. We delivered timely and accurate set-out services for this large-scale, fast-paced project.
Our team managed survey control, level measurements, and set-out for 120 new dwellings, site retaining walls, and water tanks, upholding strict timelines and quality benchmarks.
