Brodie Richards is a Director and Licensed Surveyor, bringing close to two decades experience in the surveying industry. Known for his strong communication, problem-solving ability, and approachable style, Brodie has built trusted relationships with clients, team members, and industry partners.
As a graduate with Honours in Geomatic Engineering from the University of Melbourne, Brodie combines technical excellence with a hands-on approach, overseeing projects from start to finish to ensure quality outcomes. He takes pride in delivering timely, reliable solutions tailored to the needs of each project, and is always ready to provide guidance — particularly for first-time developers.
Ryan is a highly experienced Licensed Surveyor with a broad background spanning all facets of the surveying industry. Known for his technical expertise and practical insight, he has a particular passion for built-form development, where his deep understanding of cadastral, planning, and construction challenges helps deliver successful outcomes on complex urban projects.
Alongside his professional work, Ryan is committed to shaping the future of the profession. He shares his knowledge and experience as a lecturer in surveying at RMIT University, mentoring and inspiring the next generation of surveyors.

As Construction/Set Out Manager, Josh Findlay brings extensive surveying and construction expertise to guide projects from the earliest stages. He works closely with builders and developers to align surveying services with construction requirements, helping to prevent costly errors, improve efficiency, and keep projects on track. Known for his practical, solution-focused approach, Josh ensures each build is set up for success — meeting technical standards, critical timeframes, and client expectations.
Cheng-Yee Tan has been a Licensed Surveyor with PRS since 2006, bringing deep expertise in complex cadastral and built-form projects. She holds degrees in Geomatics Engineering and Property & Construction from the University of Melbourne and is highly regarded for her analytical approach, technical precision, and commitment to quality outcomes.
Fluent in Mandarin, Cheng-Yee plays a key role in supporting our Chinese-speaking clients, ensuring clear communication and confidence on every project.
As a team leader, she is passionate about fostering integrity, inclusivity, and continuous improvement in the profession — mentoring colleagues and inspiring the next generation of surveyors through her work and teaching.
Cameron Holley is a Licensed Surveyor and Team Leader who provides clear, practical advice on subdivision developments, including mixed-use and townhouse projects. He is a trusted advisor to developers, consultants, and authority bodies — helping them navigate title complexities, planning requirements, and regulatory processes. Cameron’s strong understanding of land development ensures projects progress smoothly, with a focus on precision, responsiveness, and reliable outcomes.
Adele is a newly registered Licensed Surveyor bringing fresh energy, precision, and a modern perspective to the PRS team. Passionate about supporting high-quality development in Melbourne’s urban landscape, she has already built strong experience working on residential, subdivision, and built-form projects across the city. Her attention to detail, clear communication, and approachable manner make her a trusted point of contact for clients and colleagues alike. Jason Hall contributes strong construction and surveying expertise to PRS’s Construction Division. Rodrigo is a Project Manager in the PRS Construction Set Out team, with strong experience delivering built-form projects in Melbourne’s vibrant inner suburbs. Having worked on apartment and mixed-use developments across areas like Collingwood, South Yarra, and beyond, Rodrigo brings insight and expertise to the challenges of urban construction.
He leads his crew with a focus on precision, efficiency, and clear communication, ensuring that each project meets both client expectations and PRS standards. With a collaborative mindset and a passion for built-form development, Rodrigo continues to build his reputation as a reliable and skilled project manager on complex sites.
Adam is a Junior Project Manager in the PRS Construction Set Out team, known for his forward-thinking approach and commitment to client success. Always looking for smarter, more efficient ways for the team to tackle projects, Adam brings creativity and problem-solving to the forefront of his work.
