Our role is to deliver precise documentation that forms the evidentiary basis for your solicitor to progress the application.
Creation & Removal of Easements
We prepare the survey evidence and documentation required for the creation or removal of easements. Depending on the circumstances, this may involve supporting your legal representative with an application to Land Use Victoria or forming part of a planning permit application with the local council. Our role is to ensure the survey component is precise, compliant, and ready to underpin the legal or planning process.
Removal of Restrictive Covenants
Restrictive covenants can impose limitations on how land is developed or used. Where removal or variation is sought, we assist by preparing the necessary plans and documentation to accompany a planning permit application through the local council.
