PRS was engaged by InStyle Design to provide detailed survey data for a heritage-listed property in Heidelberg. The site included a significant historic residence requiring preservation of its architectural form.
Our Approach
We conducted a meticulous Feature and Title Survey to document key elements of the property, including elevation details, building setbacks, trees, and site constraints. Special attention was given to ensuring heritage-relevant data was collected to support careful redevelopment.
Project Success
The detailed survey allowed the architect to design within the constraints of heritage overlays while maintaining respect for the original structure. The project was a great example of design and data working hand in hand to protect Melbourne’s history.
