Mazzei Homes engaged PRS to deliver surveying services for a high-profile residential build in Hampton — the prize home for the Royal Melbourne Hospital Home Lottery. The site was a standard knockdown-rebuild in a tightly scheduled program.
Our Approach
We began with a Title Re-establishment and Feature Survey to provide an accurate base plan for design. Throughout construction, we delivered timely set outs in a residential zone with limited flexibility. Our responsiveness and attention to boundary accuracy helped keep the project on track.
Project Success
