CJY Architecture engaged PRS to provide survey data for the construction of new penthouse rooms atop an existing CBD hotel.
Our Approach
Given the restricted rooftop access and the need to capture complex service and structure data, we used laser scanning to generate a full 3D model. Safety measures were paramount during fieldwork due to the elevated work environment.
Project Success
Our detailed digital model enabled precise design in a complex rooftop environment, ensuring that architectural plans could confidently proceed without disruption to hotel operations.
