Project Brief
PRS contributed essential surveying expertise to the staged redevelopment of Ruyton Girls’ School’s junior and senior campuses on Selbourne Road, Kew. The project required precise documentation and measurement to support a series of upgrades to both new and existing school buildings.
Our Approach
PRS worked in close partnership with Sally Draper Architects to deliver a tailored surveying solution that addressed the complexities of a live school environment and a multi-stage redevelopment. Our team brought a meticulous approach to each phase, undertaking comprehensive feature and level surveys that enabled the architectural team to refine designs with confidence.
We focused on capturing critical structural detail to inform the redevelopment of existing buildings, while also providing accurate mapping of underground services and surrounding streetscapes to support long-term planning and minimise disruption.
Boundary re-establishment works were executed with precision to ensure the school’s land assets were clearly defined and compliant with regulatory requirements. Throughout the project, our collaborative and detail-oriented approach enabled stakeholders to make informed decisions and maintain project momentum.
Project Success
Our technical attention to detail and collaborative approach enabled the successful delivery of complex site data for the school’s evolving needs. The quality and precision of our surveys provided a robust foundation for architectural and construction teams, supporting the creation of enhanced learning environments for current and future generations of students.
