Project Brief

This 57-townhouse development in Thomastown called for a coordinated approach to complex surveying challenges. PRS was engaged to provide a complete surveying package, allowing the developer to rely on one trusted source for all requirements: from initial site survey through to staged subdivision.


Our Approach

PRS managed the entire surveying process, beginning with the initial site survey and acquisition of additional land to enable new access to the development. Our team worked closely with Melbourne Water to secure land required for site entry, and negotiated with VicRoads to ensure all plans met compliance standards and received timely approvals. We took a proactive role in resolving existing easement issues, enabling unhindered progress on site.

Each stage of the subdivision was carefully planned and implemented in phases, allowing for a streamlined delivery that aligned with the developer’s objectives and construction timeline.
